Tania is a creative, diplomatic and emotionally intelligent professional who is hard working and tenacious in relation to how she manages projects. Possessing an extensive skill set which has served her well throughout her career. She is definitely a ‘completer’ in whatever she undertakes and this is characterised by her ability to differentiate which management style is best suited to the varied situations she has encountered in her career. This has been enhanced by an innate ability to see the bigger picture as well as being able to deal with detail in appropriate measure.
She has worked in the Education Sector for over 20 years, teaching, advising and implementing strategies. Alongside this she has also worked as a Freelance Manager working on creative projects. In addition she has also been a Writer of educational materials, a Researcher and a Creative Agent for Creative Partnerships.
With a passion for building capacity in schools she is committed to getting results. Her skills as an Education Partner involve the ability to motivate others in raising the bar for both children and themselves.

Emma is an experienced education professional with a wealth of experience in the leadership and management of all aspects of education at both operational and strategic level. Her role working for the Local Authority in school improvement and thirteen years of teaching experience has resulted in her involvement in a variety of projects designed to improve the outcomes of children and young people. It is Emma’s philosophy that consultants should “practice what they preach” so will continue to work on projects both strategically and operationally with schools.
Her personal attributes are: Excellent interpersonal skills, superb self- management, skilled in change management, strategic and forward planning, data analysis, creativity, excellent leadership skills and training and development.
In 2012/13, in addition to her direct work with children, Emma has written the national Summer School Schemes of Work for Capita Education Resourcing as well as evaluating the project. She has also produced literacy and numeracy resources for levels 2-5 to back up the summer school programmes Emma has taught part-time in secondary schools and developed strategies for accelerating progress in literacy in years 7 and 8 where she received three ‘Outstanding’ lesson observations during a recent Ofsted and internal Performance Management review. She consulted with the school to improve provision within their “primary project” to ensure capacity for further improvement upon her departure.
Emma has now fully developed our year 7 catch-up intervention package and is currently working with schools to utilise this funding stream effectively.
